Passion Purpose Strength (PPS) program launches this Feb! How exciting! PPS is open to men and women who want to make a change in their lives and can commit to 12 weeks, not only in their PT sessions but also their lifestyle habits. It is for people who are looking for a different way to train, a fun way that challenges the body and mind, who don't want a diet or quick fix but a lifestyle change. I look at fitness as a way of life and not as a way of punishing your body or something that you 'have to' do. We need to stop seeing fitness as hard work but something that is easy to maintain and a part of LIFE.
It involves Personal Training twice per week plus monthly group training sessions with everyone in the program!! You will feel supported and also get the opportunity to support others and work as a team to get amazing results.
The intention behind this program is to use fitness as a tool to create a strong mindset, self-belief and connect with your body; because our body and mind are strongly connected and once they are in sync, amazing things happen!
Each session we will have a task/s to complete, if we do not complete we will resume next session, we will record everything and measure your progress. You will have personal bests (pb) to meet to keep pushing yourself and inspiring yourself to keep striving for more!
Outside of PT sessions:
Each month you will have homework to complete designed to keep you accountable, motivated and improve some lifestyle habits. We will have monthly group training sessions to celebrate what we have achieved and to meet other people in the program!
Type of training:
You can train 1:1 or with a friend and you must train twice per week.
