Today I decided to do a home workout!
I used to do these ALL the time for those mornings when you don’t really feel like going anywhere, but want to workout.
I googled "Jillian Michaels home workout” and decided to do this one!
I loved it. What a great fat burning, strengthening and fun home workout. She is fun and motivating, I love her positive attitude :)
The best part is in 35 minutes I worked my legs, arms and abs and definitely worked up a sweat.
It may be something you can do weekly to incorporate into your training schedule and mix things up to keep your body challenged.
